Flat Roof & Flashing Repair

  • The original flashing should have been soldered to ensure it was watertight.

  • However, silicone was used instead, leading to leaks as the porous nature of the cinder blocks allowed water to seep through.

  • Removed rotted sections of wood, and replaced with new pieces.

  • Added fresh ice and water shield, and topped off with new rolled roofing material.

  • Soldered new copper flashing to the dividing parapet wall of the structure.
