Chimney Repair

The original chimney flashing was just caulked on, which led to water damage and rot.

• Removed shingles, old flashing, and rotted wood around the chimney.

• Replaced the rotted sections with new wood and felt. 

• Installed new copper flashing and secured it with grout and new shingles.
